Medford native brings 25 years of industry experience and deep community roots to role

BrightBridge Credit Union (BrightBridge) is proud to welcome Frank Call as its new Vice President, Head of Commercial Lending. With a 25-year career in banking and finance and a long-standing commitment to community involvement, Call brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the BrightBridge team.

Born and raised in Medford, Massachusetts, Call began his career in banking as a high school student working as a teller at Medford Cooperative Bank. He steadily advanced through the retail ranks before transitioning to Citizens Bank as a business banking officer. Over the years, he held leadership positions at several regional institutions including Century Bank, Eastern Bank and most recently Webster Bank, where he led a commercial lending team that spanned Massachusetts.

Call’s deep ties to his hometown are reflected in his longtime community involvement. He has served on the Medford Chamber of Commerce, was an active member of the Medford Kiwanis Club and has played a hands-on role in local fundraising efforts and scholarship programs.

Call officially joined BrightBridge on March 31, 2025, bringing with him not only a strong background in commercial lending but also a passion for supporting local businesses and fostering economic growth. He was drawn to BrightBridge’s mission as a community-minded institution and is eager to grow the commercial lending team by implementing efficient systems and strategies that drive both team success and member satisfaction.

I’m looking forward to building something special here,” said Call. “I’m really excited about the opportunity to grow our team and make everyone’s lives easier by implementing new systems and processes that bring efficiency to how we manage our portfolio.”

Call, who has recently moved to Easton, Mass., and will be based primarily in BrightBridge’s Bridgewater corporate office, is also looking forward to getting involved in the Easton and Bridgewater communities. When he is not working, Call enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.

Call’s addition to the leadership team reflects BrightBridge’s continued commitment to supporting local businesses through tailored financial solutions. For more information about BrightBridge Credit Union and its commercial lending services, visit www.brightbridge.com/commercial-loans.
