How do I transfer money into a different account without having to come into a branch?

To transfer money between your own accounts, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your BrightBridge Online Banking account
  2. Select the Transfer widget
  3. Click the Classic tab
  4. Select the account you're transferring From, then the Account you're transferring To
  5. Enter the Amount
  6. Click Submit Transfer

To transfer money to an BrightBridge member, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your BrightBridge Online Banking account
  2. Select the Transfer widget
  3. Click the Classic tab
  4. Select the Account you're transferring From
  5. Click on the "Transfer to another BrightBridge Credit Union member" link
  6. Enter the required information
  7. Enter the amount
  8. Click Submit Transfer

To transfer money to a non-BrightBridge member, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your BrightBridge Online Banking account
  2. Select the Bill Pay Widget
  3. Set up a new payee with information of the person you're sending money to
  4. Enter the amount
  5. Click Submit
