How is my money insured?

Deposits at BrightBridge are insured by the National Credit Union Association (NCUA), a U.S. government agency. All membership accounts are insured for up to $250,000 per individual depositor.

The NCUA Tool Kit or NCUA calculators can explain more about the Share Insurance Fund.

Since we are a state-chartered credit union, accounts with more than $250,000 are additionally insured by the Massachusetts Credit Union Share Insurance Corporation (MSIC).
