How do I order a new debit card?

To order a new debit card, please contact a member service representative by calling Member Support at (800) 356-0067. You may also visit one of our branch locations to receive an instant issue digital card or to order your new debit card by mail.

If you believe your card has been lost or stolen, please contact the Lost or Stolen Call Center 24/7 immediately at (800) 472-3272 to protect your accounts. They will block all transactions on your card and will assist you in ordering a new card.
